If you already have your Will in place, all you need to do is Purchase P.A.D™ complete your personal affairs document and attach it to your Will or store it in a secure location and remember to inform your Executors of it’s location.

P.A.D™ ensures that your data is saved securely; the Arranging Your Affairs website is certified by Thawte and uses advanced encryption methods to ensure data is saved securely without being compromised. All data is held in a secure data center on separate servers, using secure database technology backed up twice daily and scanned daily for vulnerability.

In the event of death, the log on details of your P.A.D™ and a link to your application will be passed (electronically) to your Registered Nominees subject to production of an original Death Certificate and confirmation that they are legally entitled to receive the document. Registered Nominees are then able to access your data and provide important information to your legal advisers, and/or beneficiaries that they otherwise might not be able to locate.
